Who We Support

Specialist help for Women, Men, Children and Young people

For Women

We provide a dedicated sanctuary focused on empowerment and safety. Our services include specialized counseling for victims of domestic abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), alongside peer support groups that foster confidence and leadership within the local community.

For Men

We engage men through proactive workshops and mental health support. Our focus is on breaking down stigmas around seeking help, addressing anger management, and providing guidance on positive fatherhood and healthy relationship dynamics.

For Children and Young People

We prioritize early intervention through youth-focused counseling and educational seminars. By addressing anti-social behavior and providing safe spaces for self-expression, we help the next generation thrive.

Our mission is to support individuals and families new to the UK, or those facing barriers related to language, culture, employment, or integration. We aim to improve their well being, confidence, and ability to participate fully in their local communities. Through practical guidance, accessible support, and inclusive activities, we reduce isolation, foster inclusion, and empower people from diverse backgrounds to build stable, independent lives across the West Midlands and beyond.
